The fine print, plainly.

How does Voilae's pricing work?

Every plan gives you a monthly allocation of try-on generations. When a shopper presses the try-on button and we generate a result, that’s one generation. Stay within your allocation and you pay only the monthly fee. Go over and you’re billed a clear per-generation rate.

What counts as a try-on generation?

One generation = one successful AI try-on result delivered to a shopper. We don’t bill for previews, errors, retries, or anything cached. If a shopper tries the same product on three different photos, that’s three generations.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — the Free plan is permanent, not a trial. 15 try-ons per month at no cost. Most small Shopify stores can validate Voilae’s impact on conversion and returns without upgrading. Upgrade only when your traffic outgrows the Free allocation.

How are overage charges billed?

Overage is billed through Shopify on your next monthly invoice, at the per-generation rate of your plan ($0.20 Free, $0.15 Starter, $0.12 Growth, $0.10 Pro). You can cap overage in your Voilae admin settings if you prefer.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your Shopify admin in two clicks. There are no contracts, no setup fees, no early-termination fees. If you uninstall, Voilae stops generating immediately and we delete your data per the privacy policy.

Do you offer custom or enterprise plans?

If you need more than 1,200 try-ons/month, white-label across multiple stores, or a custom SLA, email us at hello@voilae.app. We’ll work out pricing that matches your volume.

What payment methods do you accept?

Billing is handled by Shopify Billing — so you pay through whatever payment method is on file for your Shopify subscription. No separate billing system, no separate invoice.
