Terms of Service

1. Service description

Voilae (“the Service”) is a Shopify application that provides AI-powered virtual try-on for apparel merchants. The Service allows your customers to visualize themselves wearing your products before purchasing, using AI image generation.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate, distribute, or promote content that is sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload images that you do not have the right to use.
• Circumvent usage limits, billing, or access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract AI models or proprietary systems.
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or Shopify's terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

3. Billing

Voilae uses the Shopify Billing API. All charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Plans include a monthly allowance of try-on generations. Usage beyond the included allowance is billed as overage at the rate specified by your plan.

• Free — 15 try-ons/month, $0.20/overage
• Starter — $14.99/month, 150 try-ons, $0.15/overage
• Growth — $29/month, 350 try-ons, $0.12/overage
• Pro — $99/month, 1,200 try-ons, $0.10/overage

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel or change plans at any time from the Voilae billing page within your Shopify admin. Cancellation is prorated.

4. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your product images and store content. Generated try-on images are provided for your and your customers' use in connection with the Service. Voilae does not claim ownership of generated images.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voilae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the Voilae app from your Shopify store. Upon uninstall, all your data (products, try-on sessions, analytics, and tenant records) will be deleted within 48 hours.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Shopify admin or email.
